Could you explain the differences between packages and your level of involvement in them?
Packages involve various levels of engagement. For the basic package, we’ll have consultation calls, and I’ll offer suggestions and recommendations. Your team will then execute the tasks. In the standard package, I’ll provide more hands-on guidance, assisting with the initial setup and ensuring things are headed in the right direction. With the premium package, I take on a larger operational role, handling 60% of the work. I create drafts, set up processes, and onboard your team on how to use softwer effectively. The premium plus package includes all of that, as well as integrating other tools and creating standard operating procedures. It’s a comprehensive solution where I handle about 80% of the project. Basic and Standard packages are ideal when you and your team are primarily responsible for implementing softwear, and I provide consulting and guidance. The Premium and Premium Plus packages involve more hands-on work from my end, with a focus on operational implementation.
Can we work on an hourly rate basis?
Absolutely. We can go meeting by meeting, making progress with each one. We can set clear objectives for each meeting, such as covering the basics, adding tasks, and implementing your software. I’m mindful of your budget and time.
Is there anything I should prepare for our meetings to make them efficient?
To make our call more productive, it would be helpful if you could provide a brief five-minute video outlining your expectations for the call. This video can include details about the specific challenges or issues you’re facing and what you hope to achieve through our collaboration. Think about how you envision the implementation, focusing on your specific needs rather than software features. Create a list of what you need, such as an overview of team responsibilities, a schedule, or department-related tasks. The goal is to tailor software to your workflow. Also, set one key expectation for our one-hour session—what do you want to accomplish? However, if you don’t have the time to create a video, that’s perfectly fine. We can discuss these matters during our call, and we’ll adapt our approach accordingly based on your input.
What’s the typical scope of your projects? Do they usually last a specific duration, or is it more flexible?
The scope and duration of our projects vary widely and depend on the specific needs and goals of the entrepreneurs or businesses we work with. For some small businesses or one-person operations, a few hours of consultation and guidance may suffice to address their needs effectively. However, for larger companies with complex processes, projects can extend for several months or even years as we continue to refine and optimize their systems. However, it’s also influenced by the work you can accomplish between our sessions. We are flexible and adapt our approach to meet the unique requirements of each client.
Are you available for ongoing support, or is this a one-time service?
We offer both options. We can provide one-time services, such as a few hours of consulting or package services that span several weeks. Additionally, we offer ongoing maintenance with retainer agreements.
What outcomes can we expect from our first call?
The results of our call will vary depending on your needs and goals. Typically, after our call, you’ll have a much clearer understanding of which software is the right solution for your business. We’ll also identify any necessary integrations or additional tools you might require to enhance your business processes. Ultimately, our call will serve as a brainstorming and decision-making session to determine the best course of action. We’ll discuss the tools you need and whether you can handle the implementation on your own or if you require assistance from my team.
